  • Let me start by saying that I didn't have polar air come out and service my condo because my land lord found somebody else that I had to go with. Before he found them, I shot polar air a message on yelp and Leo called me a few hours later. Leo was so wonderful. I explained my problems and he was very clear with the diagnostic procedure. He was also very cool to talk to. He seems like the type of guy who you could grab a beer with and just chill! Holly from the office was very pleasant too! Their customer service was on point! If I have any more problems with my air, these people are the first ones to call. Hell, I might just invite them over to go swimming because they seemed so cool! Thank you again Leo and Holly!
