  • I loved the atmosphere of the ABC, but the service was the absolute worst!!! A few friends and I went here for dinner after work and it took the server about 15 minutes to take our drink order once we sat down. After another 20 minutes, she finally came back to the table to take our food order and she was very rude to us. After 45 minutes, we asked her why the food hadn't arrived yet and she said the "computers weren't working, so the kitchen didn't receive our order". I'm not sure if this was true, or if she actually forgot to place our order all together, but it would have been nice of her to let us know that our food would take so long. We were starving and would have gone somewhere else along the Esplanade. After the food arrived, we realized she didn't bring us any cutlery or napkins with our meals. I asked her if she wouldn't mind bringing us some and she came back, dropped a pile of cutlery on our table and gave us 3 of those mini bar napkins for our meals! They don't even cover your lap! She never once asked us how our meals were or if we wanted any further drinks either. After paying for our meal, we ended up going down the street for a much better night.
