Terrible! I called and made an appointment with a co-worker for her to get a pedicure and me a full set/toes painted at noon. I sat there for 45 minutes and finally they were ready for me despite having an appt 45 minutes before. I had no time left in my lunch so I couldn't get my nails done now. the guy working has the nerve to try to say we were not clear on the phone even though he said exactly what we wanted on the phone and when we walked in. How about take some accountability for overbooking rather than trying to blame your customer? He sat at the counter the entire time while all the other employees actually worked. Never coming back!
