Second time here....not as good as the first time. I brought a very nice bottle of wine and knew the corkage was expensive...35$...but the wine I brought would have been over $200 here.
We sat at the bar as we were early for our reservation...my fault. So we ordered the beef Wellington for two to go with our wine....had a glass of a really nice Poulle Fuisee to go with our shrimp appetizer....really good, (by the way the sommelier we had was awesome)...So why only three stars? They told us it would take 45 minutes for the Beef Wellington....but they forgot us and it took almost an hour and a half. By that time we had finished our wine and were ready to walk out. I would have thought the bar tender would have offered us a glass of wine on the house but she did not.
The Wellington was just ok.....under seasoned and for something that took an hour and a half should have been piping hot....it was not.
Next time in Vegas I will go to my old standby restaurant at Paris....Mon Ami Gabi...half the price and the food is better.
