  • I recently stayed at this resort while on vacation. The room was nice, the front desk clerk was very helpful, and our neighbors were quiet. I would have given the resort 5 stars if not for 2 things. First, the resort overbooks and I was almost sent to one of their other properties (Tahiti Village). The front desk clerk was nice enough to really look into his roster and found an upgraded room at no additional charge. Second is the security hold. I checked out a week ago and the resort still hasn't released the hold on my credit card. I stayed at a Las Vegas strip hotel my prior trip and the hold was released in 2 days. Otherwise, great resort.
