rev:text	They are a chain and it shows! I logged onto the fancy website on 02/03 to schedule as a new patient, provided insurance information and contact for follow up. I requested a Saturday appointment because I work M-F as does most people. When I logged on 02/04 was not available, which I understood may have been too late to get the following Saturday so I opted for 02/11. I got an email saying someone would follow up with me within 48hours. That came and went. No follow up. So I called Thursday, however they were closed. I called Friday during my lunch at work to find out that there was NO appointment and they were booked. I explained to "Juana, Juanita" not sure which she said was her name, that I had made an appointment, been self managing my pain all week. I could not possibly wait another week. She said she understood and would schedule me in for 02/11 as I had previously requested. She took my name, number, and insurance info. I get to the location, no parking! Parked on other side of the lot near other businesses, went in and was told I was no where to be found in the system. I explained to the desk clerk that I had went online, and even called. Her response was, "this location". We don't have you anywhere in the system. No help was offered. The entire staff was sitting around at desks, even a man in blue smocks looking like the dentist but you all were oh so busy. What's more upsetting is that this is a MEDICAL facility and I was treated like I was buying goods and services. Where is the pride in taking care of people! DONT GO HERE! LET YOUR INSURANCE PAY A REAL DENTISTRY NOT A CHAIN WHO DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL BEING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
