  • Called to schedule an appointment. After 5 minutes of hold time they try really hard to convince that the doctor is not in my insurance network - Cigna. When I told them I got their number from Cigna, she said her scheduling person is not in today and that I'll have to call Cigna myself to confirm the doctor is in my network (!?). If you don't want new patients, than just say so. Extremely rude.
