  • The worst Starbucks I have ever been too...customer service is terrible. I was helped by Len today and he is the rudest, miserable employee at that location. He remade my drink 3 times, clearly was not listening to me and when I tried to explain to him what I wanted he treated me like a child and was over the top rude. Only after I asked him for his name did he change it up and sarcastically wish me a good day. I ended up walking into the store after already waiting in the drive thru line and another employee remade my drink exactly how I asked it be made and she thankfully was so nice...watch out for Len
