| - I honestly would've only given them 3 stars for the food, but I bumped them to 4 because their staff is just so warm, friendly, and most importantly, very attentive.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and typically quiet. It feels like you're nestled inside a little pueblo trimmed with subtle mexican decor, and contrasted by a nice modern stained-glass window. Spanish music softly plays to accompany the whole ambience. It's a nice touch.
After you get seated, they start you right off with some complimentary chips along with a zesty salsa and warm bean dip. It's good! I think I actually enjoyed eating this better than my entree. (I had the chicken enchilada, but for me, it wasn't anything too special.)
My boyfriend usually gets the chicken burrito, which he loves. I typically just drink and take advantage of their happy hour, which is from 2 - 5:30. I've got to say that they must have a heavy-handed bartender because their margaritas are consistently strong. Translation: You get the most bang for your buck. Whether frozen or on the rocks, they're the best deals! You will get a satisfying buzz going off of just one. Trust me.
