  • So Empire Flooring called me after my Yelp review and made a very good effort in correcting the problem (with regards to the carpet). They searched all of their warehouses to find some left over carpet and succeeded. They stayed in touch with me and followed up as promised...within one week they found the carpet I needed and sent someone out to repair it at a very fair price. I just wish this is how they responded on my initial call. That being said, working with Jasmine made the difference and this company is lucky to have such a dedicated employee! They resolved the issue and I am now satisfied.
