Was given this as a fathers day gift by my daughter. It was the worst experience ever. We made our appointment to brew. The place was way unorganized with them booking far too many people at once the girl and guy there (posing as brewmasters) were completely over whelmed by the amount of people scheduled. They were just trying to push people through while trying to also conduct a tour of future customers. We chose a honey infused brew. One of the staff said, he wasn't real sure of their recipe but he felt it would be fine. So we brewed it. Again everything was rushed and unorganized and we were directed into the bar to eat and drink while working through the process. (What is gimmick). So we finished brewing. Came back in 3 weeks for the bottling. We had to buy the bottles by the way. More $$$. Well you taste your beer before bottling. The honey had all been eaten by the yeast and was flat. No one there knew what to do. They called the owner and he came over and apologized. We told him about how rushed everything was when we brewed. He seemed nice but really didn't care. He said he wasn't sure what to do that the recipe they gave us must have been incorrect! I said that is your issue. He said yes it is. Then said, well how about if I infuse it with more honey. Once again we were directed to the bar for food and beer while he fixed it. Once he was done, we tasted it and it again tasted OK. So we bottled it and left. So when we went to drink it approx. a week or so at home, ALL the honey was again GONE and it was awful and flat. Undrinkable! I poured 2 cases of 20oz bottles down the drain. My daughter spend a ton of money to make this a nice fathers day gift and it was a waste thanks to these guys that truly don't know how to run a business! We will never go there again and suggest you don't either. Beware they use lots of social media so I'm not sure if any of the other reviews are accurate. I only know our experience.
