  • Just called to find out an hourly rate because I have a bunch of odd jobs to do. He says that he doesn't quote by the hour or that if I insist that it'll be $95/hr. Fine. Most important item that I have to do is to install a toilet seat bidet. He quotes $75 for the job. Then I mentioned that it is pretty easy - just replace a toilet seat, make a couple of water connections and plug it in. He gets all nervous and I try to explain to him what it is and he doesn't seem to understand as his English is poor. Then he just says - sorry I can't help you.
