  • Working with North Star Outdoor Lighting is a pleasure! In the first 10 minutes we spent with Todd, we were floored at his depth of knowledge and his attention to detail. We asked for his recommendations (our home had no outdoor lighting at all), and he walked the property with us, sharing his recommendations and explaining why he would select certain fixtures and placement, based on the home and landscaping features they would highlight. He asked us questions about how we use our yard at night and what was most important to us, to make sure our priorities were addressed in the lighting plan. His suggestions were thoughtful and he did not recommend an abundance of lighting-- he advised that we could easily add more lighting later, if desired.. The installation was professional and efficient. Todd and Patrick were on time and worked diligently to complete the installation with no disruption to our yard, plantings, etc. The work was done beautifully and nothing was left out of place. We are SO happy with the result. The lighting all around our home is beautiful, distinct, and elegant. It's exactly what we wanted. Todd provides a first-class customer experience from start to finish. I cannot recommend North Star Outdoor Lighting highly enough.
