  • Worst airline ever. I needed to fly from Baltimore and Boston, I put in the correct airport codes (BWI, BOS) and booked my flight. I was filling out my weekly planner and my jaw dropped when I looked at my ticket - it booked a flight from Dulles airport in Washington, not BWI. The ticket cost $140. It costs $200 to change it or $200 to reclaim my $140. This is outrageous. I don't know what to do.
