  • Although I love the Apple product, the employees leave something to be desired. I was told it would be 1/2 an hour wait and after I waited an hour to get someone to help me, I asked where I was in the list. THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT!!! They said they called me and they NEVER did! The phone was broken, Chris was able to turn is back on. But, the battery has been draining. The so-called manager, Leanne Tomis, came to tell me that they would not be replacing my phone. I paid for Apple Care and they did not care that IT OVERHEATED AND WOULD NOT TURN ON!!!! She was extremely passive aggressive and it was very frustrating talking to her. If you must go to this store, avoid her at all costs and ask for another manager.
