  • I also wish I could give 0 stars. I've had two packages delivered to the wrong address in less than one week. I can understand an accident once, but twice is just plain imcompetent. I still have not received either package. Customer services says they will have the driver help me find the packaged, but that hasn't happened either. Avoid using them at all cost.
