| - Bad experience. I purchased a groupon to receive a massage. There's a phone number to call. Once you call, it says not to leave a voicemail to either email or text him. I texted him and was told to go a website to book my appointment. I went to that website, booked an appointment and had to put in my credit card info. It says if you cancel within 24 hours, you'll be charged $99. I made the appointment. The day of my appointment, I broke out with a rash on my arms. I texted Luke and explained that I had a rash on my arms and not sure if I should reschedule or go ahead with the appointment but skipping my arms. He suggested I go see a dermatologist, that "maybe massages aren't recommended for you". I explained that I've had plenty of massages with no issues, it's probably an allergic reaction to a new fabric softener. I asked if I could reschedule. He then texted me this: "Typically if there is a reason that a first time client can not abide by the 24 hour cancellation policy of this establishment it is requested to just receive a refund through groupon and receive your massage services elsewhere. When making appointments here the credit card is held so that if the client cancels without 24hour notice payment in full is expected. If this policy is cumbersome please call Groupon and receive a refund. If you understand you will pay the full 100% of cost of service if you cancel within 24hr of service then feel free to rebook. The choice is yours, either way I wish you the best!" HORRIBLE service to a new, potential long-term client. My mom, my sister, and I all purchased groupons with him, and we all decided to get a refund after this text. Life emergencies happen, so before booking with him, make sure you don't have one or expect this kind of treatment.
