  • I was not expecting this at all, but I received a phone call from Massage Luxe a few weeks after my initial visit and subsequent Yelp review. I received an apology for the service I was given on my first visit, and an offer for a comped massage. I made an appointment for this afternoon with a a massage therapist who the lady on the phone recommended, named Vanna. And I can say that they did not disappoint !! Vanna was amazing ! Professional and so good at her craft ! Her technique was fantastic. I was so incredibly relaxed I could have fallen asleep right after my massage ! You could tell she really cared to do a good job. I am ticklish by the back of my knees and upper leg (wierd I know) . I told her this and that most people just tickle me too much . She asked if she could try a former pressure there and see how I liked it. I said sure. Of all the messages I have ever received, she is the only one who didn't tickle when she massaged my legs. Fabulous job and I will definitely be back. I am also impressed with Massage Luxe for caring to make it right. You more than redeemed yourselves and I will recommend you to friends :)
