  • Worst customer service and equipment! The gym is always dirty, the equipment is always broken, the customer service is terrible and it must be a horrible place to work cause I see a ton of people complaining to the staff, about the staff and the conditions there and they have a high turn over rate for employees. Personal trainers come and harass you to sign up and do their person training sessions. The lockers always smell, pool always has a weird film on it and the tile is always slimey. Pool weights and items are always broken, mangled and not well kept. I can go on for days...
