  • Recently had a small area of turf put in for my dogs. Matt came out and showed me their samples. He was very helpful and polite. Bobby and the rest of the installation team were wonderful. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would work with them again in a heartbeat. However, I cannot say the same of the owner Charlie. A question came up during installation, and Bobby put his boss on the phone to speak with me. He was rude, obnoxious and condescending. I have never heard a business owner be so disrespectful. I would have actually done more projects with his company, but now I will not ( unless Charlie cares to apologize). I purposely waited a month to write this review to give him time to do so. Since it was not forthcoming, I just want the other consumers to know the workers are great, so far the product is good, but the owner does not have good customer service skills. Be vary wary should you need to talk to him. You may come away shaking your head in disbelief.
