rev:text	I stayed here during some REALLY unbearable hard time, this was evident to the staff as it was to anyone even walking by .... I always felt like they went above and beyond. This is also one of the few Sheraton's I have stayed, there had been TONS, that has a balcony. People like me really appreciate and enjoy that .... I was spoiled to get this so early on in the most difficult time in my life thus far .... Nothing will top it, everyday is still a struggle ... The food AMAZING .... Steak, specials, chicken, wings ... You think your in fine dinner in some major upscale city not am "airport hotel". The locals come just to enjoy the restaurant itself .... Also, nice little outdoor areas to sit and enjoy a cocktail or two! Leaving PHX was the worst decision of my life, but I am so grateful to have the Sheraton family that continuous takes me in!
