  • Postino's, my family used to come in at least once a week, but now, we will never return to this location that is only miles from our home. Our food is consistently cold, the service is laughable and it really makes me wonder what in the world the management is doing. Today was the last straw, after waiting an hour for cold food, not getting all of the kid's food so he could even eat, we left hungry and vowing not to return. As we watched other angry patrons leave before being served too. Maybe you got too comfortable being among the first restaurants to make downtown Gilbert, I'm not sure, but I think the owners really need to rethink their staffing plan since there are now an abundance of options downtown. So disappointed!!!
