I live right by this McDonald's and use it often because it is the only one near me. After going almost every day for over the last few years, I can count on 1 hand the number of times they have got an order RIGHT.
Each and every order is consistently wrong. They do not listen at the drive-thru, I often have to repeat my order several times, only to have it be wrong at the pick-up window. They tell me all the time about how busy they are and how they have to multi-task when I am trying to order and then miss or mess up my order.
On Sunday mornings we order breakfast through Uber Eats, and every single Sunday the order is wrong, we have to re-order through Uber Eats and then have to sit on the phone with them to get a refund (today it took 13 minutes). It baffles me - we ordered 4 meals today - and three of them were wrong, including missing an entire sandwich - one of the main parts of the order.
It is beyond frustrating and I cannot understand how a large chain has allowed this level of dysfunction.
If you can help it DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the frustration.
