  • The service is okay and the sales associates are not helpful. I was told to buy a size smaller than I wanted because the shoes will stretch and it will look 'stupid'. Now I have a pair of $1000 shoes that don't fit me . I tried getting them stretched but that didn't help. When I talked to associates again they told me to just keep wearing it around the house - which by the way if you do that they will not take the shoes back. The sales associates are clearly not well trained and are extremely unprofessional.
