  • I purchased a Kia Sorrento last week. The process took me about 2 days to fully complete. In addition to providing very low pressure sales tactics, the associate who helped me, Tai, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He even followed me to Central Phoenix to drop my old car off with my wife and waited almost 30 minutes then took me to the bank to get the deposit and then finally back to the dealership to finalize the deal. If I had to summarize this experience in one word, it would be helpful.
