  • Been a Dukes customer for several years now and jumped on their spring tune-up special, -- a timely deal in and of itself. But their crew just keeps on exceeding expectations - hence, this review. The tech climbed through my dusty attic one system at a time, checked out fail-prone components in both the attic and the outside units and replaced the marginal performers in an aging system. Kalem is one smart, congenial Duke. I didn't get a flashlight - but he left no footprints on the carpet. :)
