  • I would never recommend this company ever. Our home warranty sent them out to our house when our AC stopped working, they originally fixed the problem but the following week our AC went out again. We called them in the late afternoon and I spoke to Steven Moore who I believe is the "supervisor". He seemed very professional and reassured us that he would try his best to send someone out the next day since they would be in our area. The next day we didn't hear from anyone so we called him back in the afternoon. This time Steven seemed very agitated and annoyed that I was calling. At the end of the phone call he said he would send someone out the next day. We were very annoyed with the attitude we received from him but we ignored it. A technician came over the following day like he said and we informed him of the problem. He told us that he thought the motor was broken. After a few hours, we didn't hear from him so we went outside to check to see if he was okay. He was gone! He was no where to be found. Him and his truck were gone, he didn't even let us know what he did or what the actual problem was. We were very confused and didn't know if he was coming back or not. We called the "supervisor" Steven again and told him what happened. He said he would call us back after he spoke to the technician. He NEVER called us back. It was the end of June here in Arizona and he left us hanging in the 120 degree weather. I don't understand how someone runs their business like that. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and they have the worst communication skills. It was like the problem was too hard for them or they were to lazy to fix the issue and gave up. We have now been 1 week without air conditioning because we had to contact our warranty company to send someone new and we have to wait for a part to be delivered. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. Find a company who actually cares.
