  • The staff are so darn helpful! Not sure how but somehow my lock was removed from the unit and someone else's was in its place and when I stopped there to drop a few things off I turned into this angry anxiety ridden hot mess. I ran up to the office and Nancy (her) calmed me down and we step by step handled the situation. (and my anxiety attack) Since we didnt know if mngmt had cut it by mistake or mine was mistaken for someone elses or some theif was comin back for my stuff, she closed my acct, gave me the maximum discounts and coupons she could (first month free half off 3 months) and moved me to another unit. Even gave me a new lock for free. Thanks CSS!!!!!
