  • I get my 2012 Toyota Corolla serviced here (not purchased here). While I never have any problems with my car after I get it back, it seems I have problems with literally everything else when I show up. Every time I bring in my car, I have a different service advisor. I've been coming here for the past two years and for some reason they always make my appointments with different advisors, which means they never have records of which major service appointments I've already gone through and are always asking me if I've done them or not yet. At every other dealership I've brought my car to, they keep a record of my service advisor and my car's history with them so that I don't have to keep reminding them. I also always seem to have issues with showing up for my appointment time and them not knowing that I had an appointment or them saying my appointment is for a different time. I've showed up multiple times with them saying I don't have an appointment but they can take me anyways. Most recently, I showed up at 10 AM for my appointment. They told me I was extremely early and that my appointment was at 1:00 but that they could squeeze me in. There is no way I would have made an appointment for 1:00 that day because I was picking up my fiancĂ© at 1:30 and we would be heading out of town at 2:00. I appreciate that they can always squeeze me in when I show up but I don't appreciate that every time I call to make an appointment, that appointment somehow never gets made or is incorrect. Despite all of this I continue to come here because it's the closest dealership to my place and I only see them every few months. And like I said, never any issues with my car itself so I guess I just deal with it. Still...I can't wait until we move in a few months and I live near a better dealership.
