  • I love Alex and Ani the brand their pieces everything. This location however... I'm not so impressed with. The girls were really rude. New pieces are being released this week for their spring collection and when I asked when they'd start being sold the lady gave me a tomorrow or the next day for an answer. Which for me was a really crappy answer in a sales/customer service job. I live in Summerlin literally on the mountain. So I'm not going to drive all the way to the strip again without an exact date. I've never experienced this at any other location so I'm giving them 4 stars.
