  • I gave them a second shot and decided that's it, no more. I took 3 pairs of pants in a month or so back and 3 shirts and one of each came back double creased. These were uniform clothes so double creases aren't acceptable. I just got my new police pants and needed them dry cleaned for inspection tomorrow and had them attach a special note saying that they need to make sure the creases are perfect. Needless to say I just picked them up and the double crease could not have been any worst. The staff was completely unapologetic and they said they couldn't even refund me because a manager wasn't in, nor did they offer any type of solution for me or anything. Needless to say I did an emergency google search and found the Careful Cleaners a few miles away and they kept the press running so that I could bring my stuff over there and have it fixed. Careful Cleaners now has my business, even though it's 6x as far!
