| - My TSX was in an accident a little while ago. I thought it would be best to take my car back from where I bought it and get it repaired. Worst decision ever. The shop manager gave me a tour of his facilities, state of the art, etc, etc. It took them about two weeks to get my car fixed, the damage was pretty extensive, both airbags pop, and front end damage. After I got my car back, the passenger airbag was rattling, the headlights were completely off centre, an after market (non OEM) rad was put in the car. That was only the beginning. I perform my own oil changes, about a month or two later when changing my oil I noticed all the clips on the bottom of the car were replaced with zip ties, since I do my own work, I knew they came from the body shop to save a couple $$ (although they billed my insurance company $15K for the repair). The shop completly denied putting zip ties in. The shop also painted my front skirt and hood, a few weeks after the repair i noticed several hood chips, I took it back to the shop and they filled in the hold (making my hood look like polka-dots) about a month later i counted a fresh 50-75 chips in the hood and my front skirt started reverting back to the fiberglass colour. I live downtown Toronto and commute no highways, there's no way I should have so many paint chips, after speaking to some other body shop places, they advised my it was just a really crappy, quick paint job -- I paid another ship to repaint my car and no issues since then.
Save yourself the grief...avoid this place at all costs!
