  • Buyer beware. We decided to purchase the most expensive leather set that Ashley offered. We purchased couch, love seat, large chair, large ottoman, and living room table set. We spent a little over $4,500. We started having trouble about one year in. We had a arm collapse on the couch. They sent a worker out who said he fixed it and a week later it collapsed again. Three years into our furniture saga. Our leather started to peal. At this time we are out of warranty and there is nothing they will do for us. Today all of our furniture looks like it has leprosy. We learned our lesson about quality furniture. I hope our mistake helps you.
