rev:text	I actually had been holding off on reviewing this location, since I had mostly not nice things to say about it, but last night made me finally want to write a little something. I have been coming to this location for AT LEAST 5 years, since I've been in the area. I am in here on a regular basis, about once or twice a month depending on what I run out of. Typically, the staff here is kind of of snotty, and not very attentive. There are tons of staff onsite, but no one ever seems to stop and ask if you need help with anything. Which I find annoying. Because when you have 10000000 foundation shades and lipstick colors to choose from a little help would be nice! Especially for me who isn't "up on all the new stuff and tricks". FINALLY I met Holland last night. I don't recognize her, perhaps she's new, but did have a manager title. Regardless, she was absolutely amazing. SHE deserves all 5 stars. I specifically went in last night when I was baby free to figure out the problem I was having with my foundation and powder shades. Couldn't figure out where I was going wrong. She had her hands full of inventory and they were very busy, but she STILL stopped what she was doing to focus on what I needed. It was exactly what I had been wanting from this store all along, without be actually having to beg someone for help. olland, thank you so much for your opinion and assistance, thanks to you I think I finally have my make up dilemma solved. High five. While they are typically overpriced on a daily basis, every week or two they do run good deals on certain brands, and send you coupons. you also earn points when you're a member. Even with my complaints over the years, I will still stay a loyal customer to them because they have what I need and are a convenient location.
