I was helped by Chuck Griffin, what a great name for an old school car guy, quickly and thoroughly. Chuck was concise and clear about everything. He made sure I understood the scheduled appointment and what was going to happen during that appointment, but he never made me feel less then because I was a fluent in auto repairs as I want to be. And it isn't only Chuck that's this way either
Just over hearing other costumers with the other Service Advisor on hand I could tell the costumers were believed and listened to and he asked questions to help clarify anything that he didn't understand fully. Even when it seemed like it was a part warranty issue on there end the disbelief wasn't at the costumer but the shop had gotten a faulty part. The costumer was reassured that the issue would promptly be taken care of.
Chuck also, after the master mechanics found the issue, checked for me that the van was under warranty (which it was) and found that there was a minor recall which Jim Marsh Chrysler quickly fixed. They buttered up my van and he doubled checked that he would call me as soon as the parts arrived and that they would get the problems fixed with the new parts (once they come in) ASAP.
The entire process was made easy and the facility is clean and the staff friendly, not only to me but each other.
