  • I called and asked if i could return a curling wand that was defective and i spoke with Crystal the manager. She was a total sweetheart about it and when i got there she was just as helpful and kind. This is my favorite location out of the 4 i shop at. The employees are always patient and welcoming and you never feel bad about asking for their assistance. In some other locations i have been met with an attitude. Not here. This is my go to Sally"s. Thank u Crystal
