  • I lived here for seven months. I was just there until I could get back into my house. I looked at alot of places before choosing The Equestrian. Staff is friendly. The place is well maintained. And for am apartment it is pretty quiet. Safe and close to grocery and restaurants. Trying to get out onto Eastern Ave can be tricky but if you use the back exit it is a breeze. The only reason they don't get five stars is parking. Covered parking is open to residents but about one in every four cars near my apartment did not have a parking badge and a few didn't even have license plates Just before I moved they started enforcing parking so it might be better Check it out and ask for Marie
