  • My fellow VW owners...... You must go to Karl's Custom VW on 4200 E. Indian School from now on. Telephone: 602-956-0234. I have a 2006 Jetta TDI, and I've never stopped at Karl's Custom because I thought they only worked on old Bugs. I always leave the dealership feeling ripped off, so today I decided to stop at Karl's. They just checked out my engine light, told me what the problem was, and reset it. For FREE! Who does anything for FREE in 2009? The service manager also quoted my next major maintenance for $400 LESS THAN the VW dealership on Camelback said it will cost. Seriously. I will never go to the VW dealership for service again. The guys at Karl's are friendly and helpful.
