  • I've gone to this dealership in the past for service and was very pleased with them. This review is for sales only. My wife and I are in the market for a highlander so we went for a test drive. Salesman had no idea what he was talking about (I wish I could remember his name). Gave me incorrect information about model year differences between '17 and '18 (there really aren't any). Then asked him to send me an email with a price breakdown for the car.... never got one. I contacted dealership a week later to ask again. For a 2018 highlander LE Plus, v6, FWD I was quoted with the following email: "Thanks again for your offer but we own the vehicle for more than that. I can charge you 35,537 plus fees. I can't do that. We can be at $39,791 OTD and that's not charging you window tint.  Ernie" 2 other valley dealerships are at 36k out the door (right Toyota and bell rd Toyota)... This dealership is $3700 more for the exact same car and I told them that. They said they wouldn't budge! Everyone you should really look elsewhere. Seems pretty crooked to me. Do research!!!!
