If I could give zero star, I certainly would!
I have recently been in NM under emergency medical care. After waking from a two week coma, I put a one month hold on my mail that ended 1/20/16. Unfortunately, I was unable to return to Las Vegas until only yesterday. After which, I immediately went to Red Rock post office to pick up my mail after discovering from several different bill holders that things were being returned to them. I was told today by Crystal B., who was working the pick up window, that there was NO HOLD on my mail and that she would have my local mail carrier bring anything in my box to the post office as (adding insult to injury) it appears a key had been broken off in my box. I JUST received a phone call from someone named Robert-who claimed to be a supervisor- from the local branch who was rude and accusatory immediately demanding to know why I keep putting holds on my mail as the usps, is not a "storage facility". I tried explaining my situation to Robert-who continued YELLING at me and eventually hung up on me saying that he would continue to "just return to sender" ALL OF MY MAIL! I am not/was not asking for an indefinite hold on my mail-but it would not hurt for Robert to be forced to take some kindess lessons. And if he's going to ask a question he should certainly listen to an answer before berating someone who is a "customer". I have literally never been spoken to in such a manner and am deeply disappointed if in fact this person is truly a 'supervisor'!
