  • The receptionist was very unprofessional, no personality at all no interaction with the customer, it was pretty much give me $$ and sit down and wait to be called, she was on her lab top watching something because she pulled her headphones off when I asked a question and gave me the look "what now" not a good look for such a nice business. But, the women that did the actual ultrasound made up for the experience. She was definitely polite. This was a moment that I was waiting for all week, I had so many emotions and I just wanted comfort.
