This place doesn't look like much. It's very small and in a shopping center where it doesn't quite fit.
We were the only diners there for lunch on a rainy Saturday, which was initially worrisome. Clearly, though, everyone else is missing out.
The pho is excellent. The broth is so good, it was a challenge to keep my dish flat on the table instead of slurping straight out of the bowl. Great amount of food; not too much to put away in one meal.
The service was unfortunate though; a very young man, likely high school age, who didn't know very much about the food and asked us what appetizers we'd like before we'd even opened our menus. With more training, he could be a good server.
I'll be back, for sure. Pho season is coming.
