  • For those who are reading the reviews,if you're thinking of subscribe to Century Link, PLEASE DO NOT!!!! We have so many billing issues with them. By the way, we always our bills ON TIME and in full amount. We call them almost every month, they will try to sell you something new and charge you for service you didn't even subscribe to. Their billing is a HUGE MESS!!! We cancelled their TV service after a month and they continue to charged us month after month. When I called and asked to speak to a supervisor,they made you waited and waited and waited, after 2hrs 23mins, (I was doing my housework and call at the same time), guess what? No one pick up the call, I have to leave and hung up. Please do not even attempt to subscribe because they have smoking good deal, once you step in, you can't get off the hook. RUN , look around for other companies!!!:(
