If you've eaten at any of the coffee shops at the hotels owned by Harrah's/Caesar's, you will recognize the menu. They all pretty much serve the same food at the same inflated prices.
Bills, being more of a low-roller joint, adds some specials and an extra layer of grease. Go for the steak & eggs. The price is up to $8.99 (it used to be much cheaper) but it's pretty decent, and it's the cheapest breakfast I've found in this part of the strip. It's served until 8 AM, so you don't have to be up at the crack of dawn to get it.
