- Over an hour late on the move date.
- when I first inquiried about their services months in advance they stated that they could mount a TV. Then tried to back out of it the day before the move.
- After some back and forth over the phone, they offered to mount the TV but after three tries could not do it. The guy kept reassuring me that he had mounted a TV's in the past.
- Demanded 15-20% tip from the very moment they arrived.
- Took close to three hours to unload a two bedroom apartment. They had handcarts and use of an elevator.
- The movers disappeared for twenty minutes at times. They based the 15-20% tip on the number of hours "worked" so its in their interest to length the move out.
- The manager offered to reimburse me for the cost of mounting my TV but after two weeks, I have not yet received a check. I never demanded reimbursment he called me for feedback and I provided him with it. Then he made the offer.
- Demanded cash payment. Never mentioned this until the day of the move. The Philly crew even accept credit card payment.
When I was moving out my house in PA. I rented a Uhaul and found local movers who did a fantastic job. They did not demand any sort of tip but I was glad to give them one.
Steer clear of Saywer EZ mover as there is nothing easy about them.
