  • worst hair experience ever...first off the lady asked me what was on my hair and I told her that it was wella from sally's. I wanted a simple ombre. She never did a hair strand or voiced any concerns. She seemed like she was a bit in a rush since she was the only stylist at the time. I waited for about 10 minutes and my hair in the back of my head started to burn. I told the stylist and she rushed me to the sink. She told me to be careful with that hair and never told me how bad it was. I hated my hair after she did it. I voiced my concerns and she told me to wait about a week if I did not like it to return. The next morning I washed my hair because I hated it and while I was drying it my hair in the back was breaking off about 6 inches from the bottom. I was in a panic. I called and the owner said well we have no idea what is on your hair. I have had my hair dyed many many different places and never had experienced this horrible nightmare. She told me to come back in and they could do a deep treatment. I did but at this point my hair was already broken off in the back of my head. It helped for about 3 days. I had to cut my hair which is now really damaged in the back and It took me forever to grow it as long as I did. Stay away from this place. They did not care to help me and basically just sent me on my way. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NOW I AM LOOKING TO GET HAIR EXTENSIONS BECASUE IT LOOKS TERRIBLE...IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD
