| - I sure did not do my homework. Horrible, is the best definition. We originally had Dish years ago (I should have stayed with them), then went to Cox when they came in the area. Over a year ago a DirecTV tech came out and out of 5 TV's in a couple of hours he could only get one installed working properly. I gave them another chance this summer. Big mistake, approximately four weeks ago I lost service, completely down no TV on four TV's. Yikes no service call appointments for like five days. Their Level 1 support sucked, Level II was much better. They identified it as some transformer box, unfortunately I couldn't pick it up any where local in Phoenix. Had to wait for Tech, three days later. Bottom line Tech identified that was not the issue, the problem was from the initial install. The coaxial cable was shorting out on the shield or something like that. Today my bill referenced a $50 service call to fix their problem. Their customer service skills are lacking more like non existent. Literally, on hold 1 1/2 hours to talk to a supervisor. Called in from another phone and less than 7 minutes I was connected. They are standing firm and the charge is valid and at most the would split it with me. They don't know who they are f'ing with, I will guarantee this is credited back to me and more. Stay away from this company, I would go back to Cox any day of the week or just not watch TV. Plain and simple THEY SUCK !!! Like it says Eeeeeeekkkk I think not.
