  • This was a reliable go-to for several years, but has declined significantly under current kitchen mgmt. My last time in (and I mean it literally) I ordered the boneless ribeye, which I had had a couple of times before. This time what came was a fairly flavorless piece of sirloin, very obviously not ribeye. I pointed this out to the young waiter, who said "I'll ask the kitchen," and wandered off, leaving the steak on the table. A few minutes later he returned and told me "no, it's what they sent." So either is was a correctable mistake that they didn't correct, or they're now saving money by deliberately substituting a cheap cut for a more expensive one thinking no one would notice. I'm not sure which is worse, but either is a fatal flaw.
