I had a taste for thai food and was looking for a close place to the Bellagio hotel. I found this on yelp and was listed as $$ for food which is un true. I had the coconut crusted shrimp for appetizer and that was excellent. Price $13 a little high in my opinion. Then I wanted to eat Tum yum soup and still quite expensive as a bowl is $14, but I had a taste for it and when it came as I ordered it mild, it was Blane. Every thai restaurant I go to when ordering mild it should have some kick, but it did not. Broth was cloudy and had to pick out some inedible stuff in the soup that felt like plastic, but was probably lemon grass or something else. I would think if u are eating a dish that you don't have to fight it to eat it. My main dish was Massaman Curry, which I though was yellow curry, but I think it is peanut based. In any case very blan taste and not spicy at all when ordered mild. When I ordered that they ask you if you want rice and that's another price add on for $3.00 for a small bowl of rice. For crying out loud all thai restaurant will give you a bowl of rice with the order. Pepsi was $4.00 and they didn't have thai ice tea on the menu as I asked if they have that, and they said yea. However, didn't think about asking price as Thai ice tea is usually $3.00and they charges $5.00. Next be aware they automatically add gratuity of 18% on my bill called "party gratuity as I was only one person! All in all I spent $78.18 for a dinner that was not worth the price. Fair warning to all to avoid this place as they Nickle and dime you and food is not that great. It got great ratings on yelp, but wonder if there are so many tourists that don't know what good Thai food taste like. As I am from Chicago and travel quite a bit to experience many Thai restaurants. Hope this helps other to decide if they want to choose this restaurant, as I will not on my next visit.
