  • I had a blowout on my brand new 2016 vehicle & I went to Discount Tire & paid upfront for my new Tire. They had the same size tire in store but because My car is new I wanted all 4 tires to be the same brand Etc.So it had to be ordered. I was told it would be there the following day. I didn't get a call from them that day or the next. I finally called & was told the tire hadn't even been ordered yet(3 days later ) :( Well, the guy was very apologetic & when I went to have my tire put on today I explained how disappointed I was & un-happy... They were so helpful & assured me they would make it right. They gave me a $100 Warranty for all 4 tires free!! WOW! Talk about going above & Beyond!! Definitely Recommend!! Martin is the guy who helped me!! Awesome People & great & trustworthy Business!!!
